About

We are all teachers and our aim is to involve the children in learning about popular music by singing songs from each decade and finding out about the performers their parents and grandparents "rocked along" to.

We supplement the live music with pictures, video clips and artefacts of the period to make the experience truly interactive.

In our KS2 presentation, we take a historical journey through popular music from the 1950s to the present day, covering not only the music but also the culture and lifestyle of the times.

In our KS1 & Foundation presentation we travel through the decades singing lively action songs that even the youngest of children can join in with.
